Job Description

As a Sales Consultant (Wills), your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, guide clients through the processes, providing expert advice and support to ensure a smooth and successful setup, and drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and provide assistance and information on product/service.
  • Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Remain knowledgeable on product/service offered.
  • Pitch new ideas and approach on both the product and clients.
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 1+ years of extensive experience of working in Consultative Sales.
  • Highly structured and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Functional Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven performance tracking.
  • Ability to identify win-win opportunities that drive revenue and brand value.
