Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in 6th of October. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assisting with technical sales processes, providing technical support, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. The role combines technical expertise with communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive company objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering, including the ability to understand, promote, and support technical solutions
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries
- Proven experience in Sales to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Technical Support skills to address and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a results-oriented attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Experience in the electrical or energy solutions sector is advantageous
