Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Engineer. The role involves identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions from TVD's range of commercial vehicles. Daily tasks include delivering technical support for clients, assisting the sales team with product knowledge, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and conducting on-site consultations. The Sales Engineer will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support the sales process effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address client requirements and provide expert solutions
- Sales and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
- Excellent Communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly and liaise with team members and clients
- Understanding of the automotive or commercial vehicles industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
