Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building materials and construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and trading companies
- Manage sales activities related to building materials, ready-mix concrete, and factory-produced materials (e.g., blocks, concrete products)
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Generate leads, conduct site visits, and follow up on inquiries
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the building materials industry
- Mandatory experience dealing with one or more of the following:
1. Contractors
2. Building Material
3. Trading Companies
4. Ready-Mix Companies
5. Block Factories / Manufacturing Units (or similar factories)
- Strong understanding of construction materials and UAE market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
