Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building materials and construction sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and trading companies
  • Manage sales activities related to building materials, ready-mix concrete, and factory-produced materials (e.g., blocks, concrete products)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Generate leads, conduct site visits, and follow up on inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the building materials industry
  • Mandatory experience dealing with one or more of the following:

1. Contractors

2. Building Material

3. Trading Companies

4. Ready-Mix Companies

5. Block Factories / Manufacturing Units (or similar factories)

  • Strong understanding of construction materials and UAE market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
