Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting EG Parcel Express's full range of courier and logistics services. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and increasing market presence.

Job Description:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in sectors such as e-commerce, retail, corporate offices, wholesalers, and SMEs.
  • Promote and sell EG Parcel Express services including same-day delivery, overnight shipping, international parcels, bulk shipments, and customized logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure consistent business and high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to evaluate and address customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate service contracts, pricing, and terms within company guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (13 years) in sales, ideally within courier, logistics, or transportation services.
  • Strong understanding of parcel shipping, last-mile delivery, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not required).
