Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Egypt. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding Quola's business by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their logistics needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining existing client accounts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including the ability to identify leads, build relationships, and close deals
  • Strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding, including ocean freight, air freight, and warehousing solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in relationship management and customer-centric approaches
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software
  • Experience in the logistics industry or a related sales role is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in sales (preferably in logistics, shipping).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English
