Sales Executive

1. Review the qualifications of newly opened customers

2. Place orders on behalf, check the product catalog, verify via WhatsApp, and send quotations

3. Track logistics delivery information (this responsibility will no longer exist after the implementation of the WMS TMS system)

4. Pre-sales and after-sales consultation, reconciliation of bills, and verification of whether physical invoices are aligned with the new system

5. Follow up on payment collection status, assist sales in collecting payments, and provide reminders

6. Performance of existing customers increases

1.More than 5 years of sales asistant experience

2.Proficient in English is a priority.

3.Data analysis skills (Excel/Tableau), proficiency in system usage.

4.Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and without record of bad integrity.
