Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, lead and mentor the sales team, build relationships with clients, and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and onboarding new clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to study market trends and create actionable sales strategies.
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
