Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing sales cycles, and building strong customer relationships. Addressing customer needs, delivering exceptional service, and meeting sales targets are vital parts of this role. The individual will also participate in training sessions to enhance skills and provide guidance to team members. Collaboration with other departments to align sales strategies and foster client success is essential.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience with Training team members to enhance collective sales performance
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
