Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and promote products/services to customers professionally
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in healthcare, biotech, or related sectors)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
