Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader, based in Al Manrah. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and guide the sales team, setting objectives and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing team performance, providing support to team members, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Effective communication with stakeholders and collaboration with internal departments will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies
• Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships
• Outstanding Communication and Sales skills to clearly convey messages, negotiate, and close deals
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in sales leadership roles is desirable
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is an advantage
