Our client is a fintech infrastructure company operating across the GCC.
This is a senior individual contributor role where you will own the commercial growth of a portfolio of enterprise and fintech clients from day one. We need someone who already has the relationships, understands this market, and knows how to close.
What You Will Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and fintech clients, including BNPLs, neobanks, lenders, proptech platforms, and SME finance companies
- Activate an existing network of decision-maker relationships from day one, no ramp-up period expected
- Run the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and qualifying through to closing and clean handover to the delivery team
- Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously across complex, multi-touch deals without needing to be chased for updates
- Sell API-based and SaaS products credibly to both commercial and technical audiences, including CTOs and product leads
- Work directly with the founders on go-to-market strategy, pricing structures, and partnership frameworks
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, holding yourself accountable to outcomes rather than activity
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum five years of experience in business development or partnerships within the fintech or payments ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing deals in the Saudi market, with a clear understanding of how decisions get made locally
- An active contact book of relevant decision-makers that can be put to work from week one
- Prior experience at a BNPL, payments company, or fintech infrastructure provider is strongly preferred
- Comfortable selling technical API or SaaS products and holding their own in conversations with technical stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment without relying on large support teams or detailed briefs
- Candidates from traditional or corporate banking backgrounds will not be considered
