Job Title: SR. Architectural Design Engineer

Experience Required:

Minimum +4 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with proven experience in team leadership and management of design projects within Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design department to ensure high-quality and innovative design solutions.

Oversee all stages of architectural and interior design projects, from concept development to final delivery.

Coordinate with other departments (engineering, project management, and construction) to align design goals with project requirements.

Review and approve design concepts, layouts, drawings, and material selections.

Manage, mentor, and support the design team to enhance creativity and productivity.

Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and client expectations.

Supervise project timelines, resource allocation, and workload distribution to meet deadlines.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to present and justify design proposals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum +4 years of professional experience in both architectural and interior design, including leadership roles.

Excellent proficiency in major design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven experience in handling Saudi Arabia-based projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure

- Location: Zahraa Al-Maadi, Cairo-Egypt

• - Friday and Saturday off, Work Hours: 1st 08:00AM : 04:00PM + 1 Hour Break

2nd 09:00AM : 05:00PM + 1 Hour Break
