Senior Interior Designer
Salary: up to 25,000 AED
Location: Dubai
Our client is a luxury development and design company delivering turnkey high-end residential projects across the UAE. They are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualisations
- Design interior layouts considering circulation, ergonomics, and code compliance
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and fixtures
- Prepare drawings, construction documents, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Review contractor documents, BOQs, and shop drawings
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout all project phases
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain design intent
- Review and approve material samples, mock-ups, and workmanship on site
- Identify and address site constraints, clashes, or discrepancies on site
- Manage snagging, inspections, and handover processes
- Lead client meetings and provide ongoing project updates
Requirements
- 7+ years in interior design, ideally luxury residential or hospitality
- Strong portfolio showing concept-to-completion delivery
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with shop drawing review, material specification, and site coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Must be based in Dubai
