Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Junior and Senior Property Consultants located in Nasr City. The role involves daily interaction with clients to understand their property needs, providing expert advice on property options, and managing property listings. Consultants will also be responsible for conducting market research, coordinating site visits, negotiating terms, and closing real estate deals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge in real estate trends, property listings, and market analysis
• Negotiation and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals
• Proficiency in research and market evaluation
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with diverse clients
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in sales or real estate consulting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
