Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide informed guidance on property options and market conditions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in competitive markets.
  • Relevant experience as a Property Consultant or in real estate sales, preferably in New Cairo or similar markets.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate regulations, financing options, and property valuation principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software for managing client data and preparing reports.
  • Ability to work on-site, handle multiple clients simultaneously, and meet sales targets under time pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must have a car
