Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will engage in consulting with clients to understand their requirements and match them with suitable real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales or lease agreements, and achieving sales targets. The consultant will also stay updated on market trends and actively contribute to the company's success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of property markets and trends
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong aptitude in Sales and negotiation techniques to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in Customer Service to provide a seamless and positive client experience
- Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in property consulting or related roles is highly preferable
