Role Description
Power Service Projects is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Engineer to join our team on-site at our Cairo, Egypt location. The Senior Sales Engineer will drive technical sales efforts by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical support, and delivering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, supporting team members during client interactions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering, with experience in handling technical sales processes.
- Strong skills in Technical Support to assist customers in resolving technical inquiries and ensuring optimal product application.
- Outstanding Communication skills for effectively conveying technical information to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, demonstrating a results-driven mindset and a focus on maintaining client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in developing technical proposals and presentations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric ecoXpert systems is an added advantage.
