Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales by leveraging both technical expertise and effective communication skills. Primary tasks include maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, delivering technical support, providing product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and proposing suitable solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills with the ability to understand and explain complex technical products.
• Proficient in Sales and Customer Service techniques to build and sustain lasting client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the furniture, interior design, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in delivering presentations and using CRM tools is a plus.
