This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also develop and implement strategies for employer branding to attract and retain high-quality candidates, while ensuring alignment with the organization's culture and objectives. Collaboration with department heads to understand hiring needs and providing guidance on best practices will also be key responsibilities.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Proficiency in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
• Expertise in Hiring practices and processes
• Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques to attract top talent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or event management industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
