Designation: Social Media Manager
Location: Ajman, UAE
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with proven experience in the beauty or fragrance industry. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong design skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and hands-on experience working with influencers. In this role, you will lead our social media strategy, manage daily operations across platforms, and produce engaging, on-brand content that elevates our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and oversee monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualize innovative, audience-focused content ideas.
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
Platform Management
- Manage day-to-day activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Schedule, publish, and optimize content to maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual style.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and driving meaningful interactions.
Visual Content Creation
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for posts, stories, and digital campaigns using Canva.
- Develop mood boards and collaborate with creative teams for advanced design needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and social media design trends to enhance content quality.
Influencer & Campaign Management
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Oversee collaboration processes, including outreach, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Support the execution of influencer-driven campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor platform performance using tools such as Meta Insights and TikTok Analytics.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed on evolving platform algorithms and emerging social media trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing social media for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva.
- Additional AI tool knowledge is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Nano Banana is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in influencer coordination and content partnerships.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, best practices, and audience behaviors.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
