ELEVATE has partnered with Ennismore to bring the region's first-ever branded Mondrian beachfront residences to Ras Al Khaimah's Al Marjan Island. The USD 500 million project is scheduled to open in Q4 2028 and marks a significant milestone in Ennismore's regional expansion and Al Marjan Island's rise as a lifestyle-led destination.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage the company's and its project's digital presence. The ideal candidate is someone who understands branding, stays ahead of trends, and can translate ideas into powerful content across platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, proactive planning, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and key announcements.
- Coordinate with internal & external teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure timely content production and approvals
- Create, review, refine, and publish engaging content across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and project positioning.
- Support in the creation of short-form videos, reels, and stories based on current trends.
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive engagement and build a strong online community around Elevate and its projects.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to integrate trending formats, challenges, and content ideas into our strategy.
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting growth, engagement, content performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools to optimize future campaigns and improve content effectiveness.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to plan campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Support in boosting strategies and coordinating with media agencies when required.
- Comfortable being on camera and confidently delivering content during live recordings and planned video shoots.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
