About the role:

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. This role requires strong expertise in talent sourcing, employer branding, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for mid to senior-level positions across different functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define clear job requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Manage and coordinate interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage offer approvals in alignment with company policies.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with certifications in Human Resources

- 5-7 years of Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing background.

- Familiarity with Recruitment software systems.

- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.

- New Cairo Residence.
