About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in hiring for technical roles across Europe, along with solid exposure to the Egyptian tech market. You will play a key role in scaling our teams by partnering closely with stakeholders and delivering top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across European markets
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, and Product
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple European countries
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Utilize and optimize ATS systems for efficient recruitment tracking and reporting
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices in Europe and Egypt
- Drive recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (focus on technical hiring)
- Proven experience hiring across Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian tech talent market
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
