Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, developing creative sourcing strategies, and building strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The role also involves coordinating and conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to define hiring needs, and maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies.
  • Proficiency in Hiring, Interviewing, and assessing candidates effectively.
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance company visibility and appeal.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
  • 6 month to one year experience
