Role Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time on-site role located in Cairo. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing employer branding, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and ensuring the delivery of a seamless candidate experience. The role involves creating job postings, sourcing talent through various channels, and developing strategies to attract top professionals in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Experience with Interviewing and Hiring strategies
- Solid understanding of Employer Branding and its impact
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance practices is a plus
- Realestate Experience is a must
