Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role entails managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also focus on strengthening employer branding efforts, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for all candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Experience in Interviewing and effective candidate assessment
• Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies and initiatives
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and build relationships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in similar roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Bachelor's degree is A MUST
