This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities also include developing employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess candidates effectively
• Experience in Employer Branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a corporate and high-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable
