Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent. This role will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and maintain a positive candidate experience. The position also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and ensure the company's talent acquisition processes align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and expertise in Recruiting best practices
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Experience in Hiring strategies and techniques
• Knowledge and experience with Employer Branding practices
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
