About the role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a consistent, high-quality hiring process that delivers strong talent while providing an excellent candidate experience. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions
- Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls,
interviews, etc.)
- Review employment applications and background check reports
- Design job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position's requirements
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various recruiting events with the goal of networking
and relationship building with potential candidates.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Develop and oversee the new hire onboarding and off-boarding process
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction,
assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
Who You Are:
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Excellent understanding of the full recruitment process
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, can do attitude
