Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs according to predefined hiring priorities.
  • Gather and define selection criteria for each role in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Post vacancies on various platforms, ensuring alignment with the job cluster and target audience.
  • Conduct initial online screenings and phone interviews to filter candidate profiles based on basic job criteria.
  • Organize and participate in employment fairs and recruitment events to enhance the candidate pipeline and boost our employer brand.
  • Interview and assess candidates using Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers and communicate employment terms and company policies to new hires.
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Development (OD) Team to assist hiring managers with updates to job descriptions.
  • Provide feedback to the Head of Talent Acquisition on new hire-related issues and follow up on new hires performance during their probation period.
  • Prepare quarterly analytical turnover reports for the Head of TA and contribute to retention strategies based on exit interview feedback.
  • Update all necessary reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven experience in Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI).
  • Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and take initiative.
