Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs, develop and promote employer branding strategies, and create a strong talent pipeline. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases and staying informed about the latest hiring trends and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry or similar industries is an advantage
