Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and building a network of potential future recruits and monitoring recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Strong expertise in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Experience in Employer Branding strategies and initiatives
• Proven ability to manage Recruiting strategies and identify top talent
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in talent acquisition roles is A MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
