Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Cairo, Egypt, who would report administratively and hierarchically to the Head of Contact Center Manager. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, nurturing leads, answering questions about products, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service/sales environment with strong customer support skills

• A strong work ethic, team player

Additional Information

• Work Location: Shoubra, Egypt
• 2 days off per week and working hours are 8 per day
• Basic Salary plus competitive commissions based on performance
