Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Travel Agents, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. Travel Agents will be responsible for assisting customers with travel planning, including reservations, car rentals, and overall travel arrangements. Primary duties include delivering exceptional customer service, managing travel queries, providing recommendations, making sales, and ensuring clients receive a seamless travel experience. The role also involves problem-solving and building relationships with customers to optimize their travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service and Car Rental coordination skills
- Fluent English Speakers B2/C1
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
