Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and managing their travel needs, including making travel arrangements and handling reservations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The candidate will work closely with clients to design customized travel plans that meet their preferences and requirements.

Qualifications

• A great level of English speaking and writing is a top priority
• Strong skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in sales and handling reservations
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and manage client expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using travel management systems and booking platforms is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
