Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor located in New Cairo. The role involves engaging with customers through communication channels to provide support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include managing customer interactions professionally, addressing concerns efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Level B2/C1).
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and explain technical solutions in simple terms.
  • University Graduates or Dropouts with a clear military status (for males).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centers, or Technical Support is a plus, but not required (we provide full training!).
  • Must be comfortable working Rotational Shifts, including Night and Overnight hours.
  • Ability to attend/work on-site at our 5th Settlement, Cairo location.
  • Ready for an Immediate Start to join our next hiring wave.
