Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in German and English is highly desirable
