The representative will handle customer interactions professionally, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple interactions
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is an advantage
