About the Company

We are launching a premium longevity center in the UAE, operating at the intersection of advanced wellness, healthcare, and luxury services. The center is built around a highly personalized, data-driven approach to preventive health, exceptional client experience, and a strong, niche brand positioning within the longevity and preventive healthcare space.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior, hands-on marketing leader to build and own the Marketing & PR function from the ground up for our premium longevity center ahead of launch.

This is a launch-stage role for someone who is comfortable both defining strategy and driving execution. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping the brand, building the marketing foundation, and coordinating execution through a combination of personal involvement and external resources, including agencies, consultants, and freelancers. This role is not focused on managing a large in-house team, but rather on strong ownership, prioritization, and the ability to lead through influence and coordination.

The role reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in preparing the business for launch and early growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy (Hands-on Ownership)

  • Define and own the end-to-end marketing and PR strategy for a launching longevity brand.
  • Translate business objectives into a clear brand positioning, narrative, and go-to-market approach.
  • Build a practical marketing roadmap covering launch preparation and early growth phases.
  • Personally drive key initiatives where needed, while delegating execution to external partners.

Branding, PR & Communications

  • Act as the brand owner and decision-maker, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead PR strategy, media relations, and KOL engagement in healthcare, wellness, and longevity.
  • Develop and oversee press materials, brand messaging, and thought-leadership content.
  • Represent the brand in selected media, partnerships, and industry-facing activities.

Digital, Content & Social Strategy

  • Define the strategic direction for digital channels and social media, with a strong focus on authority, trust, and education.
  • Review, guide, and approve content to ensure it meets premium brand standards.
  • Be closely involved in early-stage execution before gradually scaling through partners.

Campaigns, Events & Launch Activities

  • Plan and coordinate launch-related campaigns, brand activations, and key events.
  • Work hands-on with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are realistic, well-prioritized, and aligned with business readiness.

Resource & Partner Management

  • Select, brief, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and consultants.
  • Set clear objectives, timelines, and quality expectations for all partners.
  • Act as the central point of coordination across marketing, operations, and leadership.

Healthcare & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing and PR activities comply with UAE healthcare and wellness regulations.
  • Balance compelling brand storytelling with medical credibility and regulatory awareness.
  • A senior marketing professional who enjoys building brands and functions from the ground up.
  • Someone comfortable being hands-on during a launch phase, while working closely with external partners rather than a large internal team.
  • A professional who combines strategic thinking with practical execution and is able to manage resources effectively.
  • A leader who understands premium brand positioning, trust-based communication, and healthcare credibility.

Qualifications

  • 812+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles.
  • Proven experience in launching brands, products, or business units, ideally in premium, healthcare, wellness or luxury hospitality environments.
  • Strong experience working with agencies and external partners.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving, early-stage environments.
