Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent based on-site in Giza. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting site visits, presenting real estate options, and providing personalized customer service. The responsibilities also include maintaining a thorough knowledge of real estate market conditions, facilitating property negotiations, and managing necessary documentation and compliance for transactions.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate practices
• Experience in customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in real estate sales, including property listing, marketing, and negotiations
• Familiarity with real property laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the real estate market is preferred
