Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Representative, based in New Cairo. The professional in this role will manage property listings, facilitate property sales, and assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate. Key responsibilities include networking with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts to close property transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License
- Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
- Effective negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with the real estate market in New Cairo or surrounding areas
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
