We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager Direct Sales to join the sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on handling company-generated leads and selling to international clients, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and successful deal closures.
Job Title: Relationship Manager Direct Sales (Real Estate)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 8000 - 10000 + commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert company-provided leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently with prospects
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in UAE real estate industry
- Proven track record in direct sales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with international clients (outside UAE market)
