Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers to identify their requirements, providing technical guidance, and presenting solutions to meet their equipment rental needs. The role includes preparing and delivering sales presentations, offering technical support, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions. The Sales Engineer will also handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales practices to effectively promote equipment rental solutions to clients.
• Strong Technical Support skills to assist clients with product-related queries and solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and build client relationships.
• Proven expertise in Customer Service to provide a seamless and professional client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the equipment rental industry or a similar field would be advantageous.
• Arabic and English Language Required.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
