About The Role
Hiring a full-time Sales Engineer in Cairo, Egypt! This role will work directly with Senior Team members in Egypt and Canada to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect & customer accounts in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
What You'll Be Doing

identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services

have a database of appropriate contacts in potential oil and gas organizations, operators, EPCM, maintenance companies and clients

understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them

ensure staff are on board throughout the organization and understand the need for change and what is required of them

attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction

become a product expert

keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (salesforce.com)

help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data

identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process

achieve results within the first three months
Qualifications

bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA, is preferred)

5+ years prior industry-related (Oil and Gas) business development and sales for engineering services experience

commitment to pursuing a career in sales

consistent track record of overachieving

empathic listener and persuasive communicator

competitive, resilient, and highly motivated

a great attitude and love for teamwork

strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic languages

proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

focused and goal-oriented

own a car and valid driving license to be used in his sales activities against compensation
