What You'll Do:
- Generate Leads:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Build Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve Targets:Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting our fresh produce to HORECA clients.
- Negotiate Deals:Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts.
- Collaborate:Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Market Insights:Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fresh produce or HORECA sector.
- Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-Starter:A proactive and goal-oriented approach to driving sales.
- Problem-Solver:Ability to address customer needs and resolve challenges effectively.
- Team Player:Collaborates well within a team while being able to work independently.
