Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to play a hybrid role across direct and indirect sales activities, supporting deal closure, guiding clients throughout the sales life cycle, and strengthening broker and internal collaboration. This role does not include team management; however, the Sales Supervisor is expected to provide situational coaching and share best practices with peers while achieving a higher individual sales target than Property and Senior Property Consultants. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with brokers and sales partners.
- Conduct broker orientations, project presentations, and follow-ups.
- Engage directly with clients through meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Drive deal closure, including coordination of offers, discounts, and approvals.
- Update and maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions.
- Support reservation, documentation, and post-sale coordination when needed.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and share sales best practices with peers.
- Coordinate closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, Contracts, and other internal teams.
Requirements:
- 45 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales-driven environment.
- University graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Post graduate study as Sales Diploma is preferable.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and influence peers.
