Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in El Tagamoa El Khames, where the Sales Supervisor will oversee and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, mentoring and training team members, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance. The role requires strong leadership to foster teamwork and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess market trends and sales performance
  • Expertise in Team Management and Training to guide and develop team members effectively
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and foster a high-performance environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate or development industry is an advantage
