**Gunners Media FZE** is hiring **3 experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists** to join our growing team.

This is a **hands-on Talent Acquisition role** focused on three main areas:

* Recruiting internal employees for the company.

* Identifying, approaching, and acquiring Content Creators and Digital Talent.

* Providing initial onboarding and basic training to newly recruited creators before handing them over to the relevant team for ongoing management and follow-up.

**Important: We are currently hiring at the Talent Acquisition Specialist level. We are not looking for Senior Talent Acquisition, Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager-level profiles at this stage.**

**This is not an HR Generalist or HR Manager position. Previous professional experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Headhunting is required. Fresh graduates are not eligible.**

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the recruitment cycle for internal positions, including sourcing, headhunting, CV screening, initial interviews, selection, and hiring coordination.

* Proactively source qualified candidates through **LinkedIn, job platforms, social media, referrals, and other headhunting channels**.

* Identify and recruit **Content Creators, TikTok LIVE Creators, Influencers, UGC & Video Creators, Streamers, and other Digital Talent**.

* Actively search for potential creators through **TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms**.

* Conduct **direct outreach** to candidates and creators, present opportunities at Gunners Media, handle objections, negotiate, and follow up until successful onboarding.

* Provide **initial onboarding and basic training** to newly recruited creators, including introducing them to the platform, LIVE guidelines, basic content and streaming practices, and the initial requirements needed to start successfully.

* After the initial onboarding and training stage, coordinate the handover of creators to the relevant team responsible for ongoing management and performance follow-up.

* Build and maintain organized **recruitment pipelines and databases** for both candidates and creators.

* Achieve monthly **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition targets and KPIs**.

* Coordinate interviews, selection, hiring, onboarding, and initial creator training with management and the relevant teams.

Requirements

* Minimum **1 year of professional experience** in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting.

* We are looking for **Talent Acquisition Specialist-level candidates**, not Senior, Lead, Supervisor, or Manager-level profiles.

* Strong hands-on experience in **Sourcing, Direct Outreach, and Headhunting** — not only screening incoming applications.

* Ability to independently identify, approach, engage, and attract potential candidates and talent.

* Experience in **Creator Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Social Media Recruitment, or Outbound Acquisition** is a strong advantage.

* Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability and willingness to provide **initial guidance and basic training to newly recruited creators**.

* Good understanding of **TikTok, Instagram, and social media platforms**.

* Interest in and understanding of **Content Creators, Influencers, LIVE Streaming, UGC, and the Creator Economy**.

* Comfortable working with **monthly targets and KPIs**.

* Good knowledge of **Excel / Google Sheets** and a good command of English.

* Proactive, organized, target-driven, and comfortable with direct outreach.

* Must be available to work **full-time, on-site in Nasr City, Cairo**.

* **Fresh graduates are not eligible for this position.**
