Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Operator based in Giza. The responsibilities include organizing and managing guided tours, creating customized travel itineraries, coordinating reservations, and ensuring smooth logistics for clients. The Tour Operator will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and promote and sell travel packages while collaborating with partners and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and ensuring efficient travel arrangements
- Sales skills and the ability to recommend and promote travel packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Familiarity with Egypt's cultural and historical landmarks is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
